SHIPPING POLICY

All deliveries come with basic insurance coverage provided by our official courier company (NINJAVAN). For compensation claims, all lost and damaged parcels must be reported within the time frame (in 7 days).

Once the package is dispatched by courier and have proof of delivery, MINIMALIST HOME will no longer have any control over it. In cases of errors or delays caused by the courier, we will HELP resolve the dispute to the best of our abilities, but we will not be held liable or responsible for any delays or errors.
