How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Your purchase for pre-order will be delivered within 25-30 working day(s) upon successful payment to your billing or shipping address defined in the checkout page. 

For READY STOCK take 3-5 working days to deliver. We will be sending an email with waybill number upon shipment initiation.

How long does the delivery usually takes?

Delivery within WM and EM usually will take about 3 to 7 working day(s). The estimated time of arrival for your parcel should be within a week depending on the nature of your order (local or overseas), the logistics partner and when your order was picked by them. However, it varies from time to time and it’s depending on the courier service in your area.

Can I direct purchase with the Customer Service?

Yes, you can make a purchase with our admin via WhatsApp.

Urgent order?

Please talk with our Customer Service via WhatsApp if you need us to process an urgent order or prefer pick-up services.

Can I cancel pre-order purchased?

No, pre-order purchased cannot be cancel or else no refund for deposit payment.

Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?

Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to assist you. However, there’s a high chance that we won’t be able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel / refund.
